Our adult programs are designed to challenge all levels of fitness without feeling overwhelming. When you begin your training, your age, gender, or current physical condition REALLY doesn’t matter. Everyone begins with the basics and then naturally moves toward more advanced techniques.
We currently have teenagers, teachers, single moms and dads, and grandmothers and grandfathers in our adult classes.
Everyone works at their own pace and training in Martial Arts is anything but boring. It's a high energy, fat burning, stress reducing, and super charged workout.
